Made-to-order terms

• Made-to-order pieces are produced after the shop accepts your request and any prepayment is received.
• The final gold value is calculated at the gold rate on the day of the final order; the prepayment is deducted from the final amount.
• Custom pieces cannot be returned unless faulty or different from the agreed specification. If the shop cannot deliver, any prepayment is refunded in full.
