Price = net gold weight × today's rate for its karat + making charge + stones (if any) + 15% VAT. Every product page shows this breakdown.

Why did the price change between visits?

Gold prices move during the day and our prices follow the live rate automatically. Your cart is re-priced before payment, and you always confirm the final total.

Are the shops licensed?

Yes. Every seller must provide a valid Commercial Registration and a gold-trading licence, which we verify before the shop goes live.

Is delivery insured?

Yes, every shipment is insured for its full value until it is delivered to you. You can also pick up your order from the shop for free.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

You can return unworn items within 7 days for the full price paid, and exchange within 30 days. See the Return & exchange policy for details and exclusions.

Which payment methods do you accept?

mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay, plus cash on delivery or bank transfer for eligible orders.

Will I get a tax invoice?
